Keyworded Anchor Text Instead Of Urls For Our Referers links??

What does everyone think about us modifying the system a little to give you the option of having a keyworded anchor text link insteead of just your url.

So your link would be of more worth to you and in general more people might join the experiment if they are getting more out of it.

What does everyone else think??

We have also recently implemented bold and colored text options for your listing, these can be viewed by clicking the listing upgrades link.

Now your link will stand out much more and entice people to take a look at your site.

I find the whole subject of pagerank to be profoundly confusing.   For starters, I have two completely unrelated websites, one which I have been promoting (bum marketing, mostly) fairly heavily for several months, which now has a page rank of 3.   The other -- which actually makes me more money, but I have done very little promotion of it -- has a page rank of 4.   Both are in fairly small niches. 

The PR3 website gets lots of hits, but few conversions.   The PR4 website gets very few hits, but generates four or five phone calls per week, of which 3 or 4 lead to a customer relationship (I'm going to have to start sending them to a competitor, because I can't handle any more business). 

The PR3 would be much more lucrative if I could somehow increase the conversion rate.   In fact, it could easily be my main source of income.   It involves teaching a class (for which I have state certification) and making about $80 per student per day.

Yeah it can be a little confusing, pagerank is mainly an overall score of how well google sees your website and it is based on factors such as content, age of site, sites linking to it and many other things, i have seen sites with no pagerank bringing in thousands of visitors and conversions and then sites with high pagerank doing practically nothing.
